My private practice was established in 2000 and has now expanded into a group practice called Center for Life Solutions. We provide individual therapy for children, teens and adults as well as couples and family therapy. In addition, I have been leading an ongoing women’s personal growth group. I integrate mind-body wellness and neuroscience along with practical tools and a “solution focus”. I believe in working collaboratively as a “team” in an atmosphere of warmth, compassion and humor.
